1. Can sellers join SAS Pro if they are not brand owners?
The program is designed to help both brand owners and resellers.
2. Can seller with multiple accounts receive support for all accounts when they enroll one into SAS Pro?
No. It is required that sellers enroll each account separately.
3. How is the payment made?
Seller's account balance will be debited. If the balance is insufficient, the remaining amount will be charged to seller's linked credit card.
4. Will the service start immediately after signing up?
The service start date will be subjected to the program's availability and sellers. Charges will be deducted in the first 5 days of the agreed month and the service will then take effect immediately.
5. How can sellers cancel SAS Pro enrollment after the minimum period of 6 months?
To withdraw from the service, sellers need to notify the team at least 30 days in advance of the cancellation and cancel the program within Seller Central. After cancellation, the seller will receive the last bill on the first day of the following month and the service will be ended at the end of the month. For instance, if a seller informs the AM of the intent to cancel on June 15, the final bill will be issued on July 1, and the service will remain accessible until July 31.
